T1 /E1 /DS3 /E3 over fiber

The FRM220-E1-T1 family of fiber converters allow extension of a single T1 RJ48c 100ohms or E1 120Ohms port over multimode, single-mode or single strand fiber circuits. The standard interface for fiber optics is the SC connector. On special customer request ST and FC connectors can be provided. T1 interface can be framed or unframed. The fiber converter is totally transparent to the T1 signal. Applications include extension of smart-jacks over fiber, PBX interconnection or T1 transport. The DS3 or E3 over fiber extender allows extension of a single DS3/E3 dual BNC 75ohms interface over a fiber optic circuit. Unit accepts any 155Mbs SFP, for either multimode, single-mode or single strand fiber circuits. Choices for the SFP module extend from 2Km multi-mode fiber up to 160Km single-mode fiber transceivers.
