These
models are perfectly suitable for FTTx Ethernet based deployments,
providing features like: VLAN (port based and IEEE 802.1q based),
traffic priority (port based, weighted priority and IEEE 802.1p based
for 4 queues), bandwidth limiting ingress/egress and remote management.
We provide Metro Ethernet Class switches, modular with Bi-Directional fiber ports and Layer 3 switches with BGP4 and OSPF support, either for core netoworks or points of presence. There are also basic unmanaged switches available with fiber uplink
ports.
PoE switches support IEEE 802.3af standard and provide power over Ethernet copper cables to end devices connected to the switch. IP phones, IP cameras or WiFi APs are just a few examples of PoE network devices.
