The RB10X-4804M-PSE is a L3 Ethernet network managed switch, supporting IPV4/IPV6 management, dynamic routing at full line-speed forwarding, with thorough security features, including strong ACL/QoS policies and easy and comprehensive management features. Switch supports multiple network redundancy protocols: STP/RSTP/MSTP (<50ms) and ERPS ring (convergence time<20ms, improving link backup and network reliability. The RB10 managed series have high reliability and strong management features, making the product series suitable for multiple industries such as transportation, power or telecommunications.
The RB10X-4804M-PSE has 48 RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-Tx ports with PoE++ functions & 4x 1G/10GBase-X SFP+ slots for fiber uplink connectivity. The Layer 3 managed switch has a 19" 1RU height metal format ideal for security commercial applications.
RB10X-4804M-PSE is easy to install and offering powerful functions such as VLAN, QoS or PoE PD device reset options. Ports #1 to #48 can deliver up to 30W per port, being IEEE802.3af/at compatible. The total PoE budget available is 900W. Switch also offers 4kV surge protection on all TP ports. The switch eliminates the need for individual power sources for devices in the network, saving on costs for power cables and avoiding power outlet availability issues.
Fiber Optic Connectivity
The RB10X-4804M-PSE's design allows connectivity at 10G speed over fiber optic networks thanks to the four additional SFP+ slots running 1G/10GBase-X SFPs. Switch AC power is provided through a common AC 3-wire C13 power cord and redundant DC48V 3 pin power block.
