IC485IP-1F RS232 to RS422/RS485 interface powered converter (DB25 female)

The IC485IP-1F is a very small size interface converter that allows full conversion between RS-232 and RS-422 or RS-485 interfaces. The converter can operate without any external power supply, getting his voltage from operating interfaces. Device is very simple to install, only DCE/DTE selection switch must be set appropriately for smooth operation.

Note: The IC485IP family of interface converters can be powered with optional 12V DC, 500mA external power supplies such as the ACUS-12V power adapter or the UK ACUK-12V or European ACEU-12V power adapters. Such AC adapters are not included in the base price of unit and most of time are not required, converters being designed to power themselves up from RS-232 interface. For interfaces with low voltage such adapters are recommended.
