SFP28 25G/28G
The SFP28 interface is the building block of the newest and fastest commercially available fiber transceivers. SFP28 is following specifications of the SFP (Small Form Pluggable) format and delivers data rates up to 28Gbps, mainly for Ethernet 25G connections. Four SFP28 transceivers can be connected to a QSFP28 transceiver, which is usually used for 100G rated transmissions.
