These models are perfectly suitable for FTTx Ethernet based deployments, providing features like: VLAN (port based and IEEE 802.1q based), traffic priority (port based, weighted priority and IEEE 802.1p based for 4 queues), bandwidth limiting ingress/egress and remote management. We provide Metro Ethernet Class switches, modular with Bi-Directional fiber ports and Layer 3 switches with BGP4 and OSPF support, either for core netoworks or points of presence. There are also basic unmanaged switches available with fiber uplink ports.
