E1 baluns
E1 baluns are passive devices that convert E1 signal between balanced (120ohm RJ48c TP) and unbalanced (75 ohm BNC coax) interface and vice versa. There are several models available depending on the BNC connector type and also small version single BNC baluns to convert to IDC twisted copper connector that can be installed in patch panels.
