IEXT101-PH is a high performance LAN extender that utilizes either two or four pairs of copper telephone wires and features remote power feeding ability with 1-port of remote PoE (30W maximum, depending on distance and available wires).

The IEXT101-PH solves two problems in LAN extension applications: it overcomes the Ethernet 100 meters (330ft) TP cable limitation and installs a remote device without any extra power required. Several applications can instantly benefit from the IEXT101-PH: IP surveillance with remote PoE IP camera,  VoIP networks with remote PoE IP phones or WiFi MDU/MHU networks with wired backbone. IEXT101-PH is able to extend Ethernet up to 800 meters (~2600ft) on two copper pairs and remotely power the single port PoE PSE network port. Data transmission, at 800 meters, still has a respectable 10Mbps full duplex data rate. The remote PoE power provided decreases with distance, so please consult the reach tables in the datasheet below to assess the power available at different distances. IEXT101-PH is a perfect solution when power is either unavailable or cost prohibitive at remote locations.
