40G-100G converters

The newly launched 40G and 100G transponder cards together with mux/demux cards for CWDM and DWDM wavelengths and EDFA and optical protection units make a complete solution for a fiber optic transport system around the FRM220 managed series from the Taiwanese maker CTCUnion. There are few different 100G and 40G transponder cards, accepting a wide selection of QSFP28 and QSFP+ optical transceivers. 100G and 40G converters/transponders are mostly used for Ethernet interfaces to transport between different fiber configurations. The all optic converters are very useful in high capacity CWDM/DWDM interface aggregation applications.
