Product description
The QSFP-10002-IR4 is a short reach single-mode 100G QSFP28 optical module transceiver using 4 separate 1310nm 25G channels and an MPO/APC optical connector.
It uses 4 separate 1310nm EML lasers with PIN receivers. There are 4x 25G optical channels in the interface for a total speed of 100G available on the QSFP28 interface.

Unit can reach up to 2Km distances on G.652 types of SMF. It requires an MPO SMF cable for interconnection with another transceiver. It can also be used to create a "fan-out" connection by offering 4 separate 25G optical channels.

The transceiver has been tested and found compatible on 100G QSFP28 ready Ethernet switches from Arista, Cisco, Juniper, and Edge-Core. Transceiver operates into any 3rd party vendor equipment that follows the MSA open slot standard.
