Video over fiber
The ROBOfiber video over fiber extenders allow sending most common video interfaces, such as HDMI and 3G-SDI, HD-SDI over fiber optic, being a good complement in security and access applications. Most converters have SFP slots for transceiver flexibility (adjusting transceiver to available fiber). Many extenders include also a return path serial interface that can allow further control data run between remote and central office ends. These options make them suitable for applications like: alarm event triggering, building automation, fire alarm systems or access gate control.
