Web/SNMP managed converters

FRM220 series of fiber media converters are having the most comprehensive and powerful management system. Web, in-band TS-1000 and 802.3ah management options are available, besides traditional SNMP, telnet or console access. A full range of fiber optic transceivers are available for Fast, Gigabit or 10G Ethernet connections up to 120Km on dual fiber and up to 80Km on single strand fiber, Bi-Directional. Gigabit series include powerful high density dual Gigabit converter cards for a total of 38 Gigabit Ethernet converters in only 2RU of rack space.
The web-based and in-band monitoring and management can be performed on up to 12 FRM220 chassis by using a single IP address. The FRM220 chassis can be set as master and slave, stacking them together for higher density nodes. All remotely connected FRM220 series of fiber media converters and remotely connected chassis can be managed from a single point of access.
