Copper Serial Converters
Serial converters allow various computer based devices, communications equipment or industrial machines with serial communications ports to interface each other.
The range of serial converters includes devices that convert broad available serial interfaces like RS232 or RS485, but also more specific ones like V.35, X.21, RS449 or TTL and current loop interfaces. We continuously search and expand our serial converter product range based on feedback from industry but also from our customers needs. So we strongly encourage our customers to let us know their demands so that we can bring up products able to solve their communication needs.
RS-232 is the most common serial data interface. We do provide a wide selection of converters for RS232 to interfaces like RS422/RS485, V.35, X.21 or Current Loop.

RS-232 short haul modems are the perfect solution for extending the limited reach of RS-232 interface over copper lines. Depending on wire gauge and data rate, short haul modems are able to extend RS-232 up to 10Km over copper lines.

RS-485 is a powerful serial data interface that allows multiple drop points on a single, long distance, 2 or 4 wire copper bus. We provide a good selection of converters for RS-485/422 interfaces to data interfaces like RS-232 and V.35
