Product description
This Gigabit converter is a PoE injector equipment. It provides power over the Ethernet copper UTP cable to power up end devices like VoIP phones, WiFi APs or IP Surveillance cameras. It is compatible with the PoE 802.3af standard and delivers maximum power of 15.4W, suitable even for the most power consuming wireless equipment.
The OFC-1000PSE Gigabit Ethernet is an extremely versatile optical fiber media converter for 10/100/1000Base-T copper to Gigabit SFP slot. Any 1000Base-SX/LX/LHX/ZX or WDM/CWDM SFP transceiver can be installed in the OFC-1000PSE converter. Unit has an embedded AC power supply, connecting directly to AC power via a standard AC 3 prong power cable. OFC-1000PSE Gigabit converter is equipped with a PoE injector compatible with 802.3af Power over Ethernet standard that allows connection of any PoE device such as IP phones or IP surveillance cameras, eliminating the need of remote powering or additional cabling.
