Product description
FRM401-DC power unit is a DC power supply that can equip the
FRM401 high density chassis. It automatically detects input power neg. 18 to 56V for DC power type.
Power
units are redundant and hot swappable in the FRM401 chassis, assuring
smooth operation of chassis and equipment even in the event of a power
unit failure. FRM401 chassis is particularly designed to accept only
one type of power supply, so when ordering the power supply units,
please make sure you choose same type AC or DC for both units as
redundancy protection. You cannot have one AC and one DC power supply
in the same FRM401 chassis.

The FRM401 chassis is a 48 port, rack mountable 19" and 23", fiber media converter chassis fully managed through SNMP and GUI applications. The chassis uses dedicated quad port fiber media converter cards managed through the FRM401-SNMP optional module.

The FRM401-AC is a switching 90-130V AC input power supply for the FRM401 chassis. There are two bays for redundant power supply units on the FRM401 chassis. You cannot mix AC and DC in same chassis. One power supply unit covers a fully loaded chassis.

The FRM401-SNMP management module for the FRM401 chassis allows full control of installed quad port fiber cards as well as remote FIB1 or FIB2 series of fiber media converters connected to central chassis through SNMP and GUI applications.
